Poor Customer Service at Telkom Store Foresthills Mall Centurion

Telkom Store Forest Hills Mall is terrible and useless with customer service. I have a 80 GIG data contract with them for R199. They are keep on billing me over R1000 and I have query this for the past 4 months and it is not resolved until today. I have escalated the issue to the regional manager and she is not attending my email or even acknowledge my email. I'm so disgusted, please if you can stay away from them.
