Poor Customer Service at Telkom (in Stanger)

I am currently looking for data packages for my cellphone. I went to Telkom yesterday (16 August 2018) (in Stanger - KwaDukuza) to inquire about the packages that may be available to me. I waited for approximately 15 minutes with no assistance and eventually left. I can understand that consultants were busy but the counter was also empty, there is no sitting/waiting area for customers that are waiting for assistance. It would have been appropriate to at least have one consultant inform me that they were busy and indicate an estimated timeframe as to when I would be assisted.
