Poor Customer service at telkom branch

Such a terrible experience i have experienced at Cornubia Branch Telkom, customer service has been very poor.

I have been there 3 times trying to port my number from Vodacom to telkom with zero success rate.

Today has been my 4 time visiting the branch to do the porting, and the machines are offline and not processing the porting.

It is extremely frustrating and ridiculous at this point
