Poor customer service and sales tactics.

Very disappointing experience at the Telkom Oceans Mall store. I was advised by a consultant that the Honor 400 Lite 12GB RAM device was being issued to me, only to later discover that an 8GB model was supp**** instead. When I queried this, I was told the RAM would somehow “increase,” which is incorrect.

Attempts to resolve the issue through the store and Telkom channels have resulted in being passed around with no accountability. I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

I hope store management takes customer concerns more seriously going forward.
