Poor customer service and No Delivery

I ordered the 4mb uncapped adsl bundle (January Promo) I firstly get told that I will be contacted in 10 working days to arrange a date to install the line, which did not happen. When I enquired about it I get told no I must wait 21 workings days which eventually I get smsed that my line will be installed on the 31/01/2018 so I arranged to have a day off work to be home so the line can be installed. I waited the whole day nobody came, I contacted the call centre and asked when am I getting my line installed and I get told it will be done today 01/02/2018, which yet again has not happened. I have now lost 2 days pay because of *********** people whom do not know to schedule their work and can not keep to their word. I have made numerous calls and each time I get put on hold. This is really disgusting, it explains why Telkom has a bad name.
