Poor customer service and internal business processes

A week agoI requested a move online of my existing telkom like from my house in Midrand to my new house in roodepoort. A day later someone from Telkom called me to say that they received my request to move my line but my line is in a wholesale pool and he does not know what to do? On 26 September 2016 I got a call at 6pm from another person at Telkom to say that he received the job to move my line a few minutes ago but he cant do it today he is going home. This morning I got a call from an incredibly rude person who was at my gate insisting he wants to install an adsl line at my place and he want to get inside to 'see whats going on' . I explained to him that I dd not request for an adsl line installed but my existing line moved from Midrand( ********** 559) to the new house. He kept insisting he is there to install and adsl line. He then proceeded to put me through to his manager who did not have a clue what I was talking about and insisted that they were there to install an adsl line. He also knew nothing about my request to move my line from the old to the new address keeping the same number. What is going on with Telkom and interdepartment communications that a simple request to move a line can get so confused. How does someone pitch up at your house without arranging that someone is there first? I would like to know where is my initial request to move my line and what is there status of it and when it will be done.

A day has passed and I have still not heard back from anyone at Telkom about this complaint that I have logged.
