Poor Customer Service and Disrespect to Customers

I went to Telkom Branch in Dosbonville mall on the 15/03/2023 i wanted to do a Simswarp at about 15h30 i found a younger rude lady who never respected me told me that my id copy its blurry and she wont help me i should go to any other branch for help , i then requested the manger to come he was a bid busy with a customer she then called a colleague which just watched the id copy and said no chomie don't help him she refrained the same statement that the young lady previously said tell him to go to any other branch for help not here don't help him you will be in trouble ( My question is this how you train your staff to conduct them self's with customers or was i suppose to be politely advised to try to get a proper documentation . The manager came the guy explained even though i truly failed to be helped then the guy left on the spot the i asked for the young ladys name she she wrote me down a name Samkelo Mazibuko when i watched her Name tag i saw a Tshabalala Surname so when i asked her you name tag is not the same as what you wrote to me she then stood up and left me i tried taking her photo so that i report this matter to proper management since the Tshepo Zikalala is ************* as well his name was given by this young lady how will i trust its him as well is this how Telkom in the local Area Run business ? just please give me a reason why should i stay on a network provider that is so Rude and doesn't take customers into consideration ? where is Professionalism and respect to customers here ?
