POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

hi I app**** for a contract a week ago and as per the agreement i was to receive a watch and a samsung a32. However i received two cellphones. I have contacted Telkom several times but only received bad service. All i need is SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN WITH THE WATCH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND THE SECOND CELLPHONE I NOW HAVE.THIS IS RATHER URGENT.
