Poor customer service

I have opened a new account with Telkom on the 13th of Jan 2024, i was told order was shipped under a wrong name that's why its delayed. Today when i enquired I'm told delivery address is the problem yet im not notified of all these challenges. I'm only told when i call to enquire about the delays.
