POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

i am very disappointed with their service. I have been trying to cancel my contract with them for the past 3 days and i have on hold with the cancellation department for 2 hours until and agent answer the call. then i have been told they are offline and cannot assist and must call back in 2 hours to check if they are online. The service is pathetic as they offer you no other alternatives to cancel your contract and it must be done telephonically.
