Poor customer service

I gave feedback and Telkom promises to get in touch with me. Nobody contacted me!!! 4 Days later you send a text to say the problem is resolved. Problem still exist. How can you say you will call if you have NO intention to do it!!!! How can you close a call if you have not resolved it?????
