Poor Customer service

Good day my name is nandipha kalipa *** beek owing telkom for some time due to unemployment could not pay...now I got an offer very good 1 but had to clear the dept of telkom and bring the paid up letter which I did on the 28th of January and I've sent proof of payment as well as I requested the letter and I've asked genuinely if they can speed up process becouse must give in the letter as proof to the new job I went to TELKOM prominade they gave me number to call been back and forth ni help everyday it's a new thing sent the proof of payment to several consultants even to the store no LETTER and the time frame that was given to the job expires WEDNESDAY
