Poor Customer Service

On Wednesday, 13.12.2023, I was at Telkom Hemmingways Mall, East London to try and book my cracked screen device for repairs. My ticked was issued at 15:39 and there were only four people in front of me. Firstly they do not have enough sitting arrangements for the people waiting to be served and secondly they have very little to no service at all. I waited for almost 2 hours to be served, there was were only two people at the service desk, the rest of the staff kept on disappearing to the back door and when we complained about the waiting time as customers, nothing was done, they all just kept on going to the back door and coming out with food on their mouths meanwhile there's customers to be served. Now I do not have a problem with people having their lunch even if its at 5 in the afternoon but for the whole shop to go to the back while there are customers to be served, is a big no for me. I ended up leaving at 17:15 without booking the cellphone for repairs.
