POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from Telkom, I have been having connectivity issues with my Router for almost 2 weeks. I feel they don't have a sense of urgency to assist a client whenever I am complaining with the same thing over and over again, I have been sent from pillar to post just to open case so I can get assistance, only after a week and a few days a case was opened and I haven't been called by anyone to let me know about the issue I'm having. I haven't missed a payment ever but the service I'm getting is very poor.
