Poor Customer Service

<p>Again Telkom failed to provide a service , a month ago my WIFI router was installed after a battle , took them a month to install this line, the line has been down for nearly two weeks now no response from TELKOM , will not recommend TELKOM to anyone , BAD BAD BAD SERVICE !!!!!</p>
