Poor customer service

<p>I have ordered the LTE router at Hatfield Plaza telkom branch, (order ref: ********** 2) they have promised to get it approved in two working days. It's been a week and till now I didn't get any update on my order and I get only one answer your application is in process. No one calls from the branch to follow up and when I call the branch no one answers the phone. Telkom Hatfield plaza I rate 0 for customer service and satisfaction.</p>
