Poor customer service

Call center consultant by the name of Zanele Nkomo was NOT interested in helping me She was annoyed by my questions while I got the high amount of bill. She was too slow she kept capturing my ID number incorrectly I ended up saying to her let's use the account number instead. She doesn't have good customer service at all, she sounded very tired and very annoyed.
