Poor Customer service

Telkom is best when it comes to customer upgrading telephonically with sales. They will process an upgrade on items that are not available and you’ll wait two months waiting on your phone to be delivered. No call no nothing except they tell you “you’ll receive an SMS when stock is available. What a joke if service.”
