Poor Customer Service

Absolutely disturbed by the customer service received by Telkoms call center. Phone was dropped in my ear. Employees unable to assist and they guide you incorrectly. Spoke to a lady named Hasina Mohammed to ask about a cancelation of an upgrade and she requested that I call the courier and cancel with them first, only to call the courier and find out that there was no parcel there in the first place. The employees are not even friendly and have no telephone etiquette. Highly annoyed by this experience.
