POOR customer service!

I requested my contract to be cancelled early last week. An employer contacted me with the process procedure and after that literally almost hares and pressured me to make a decision within HIS timeframe. Now that I was finally able to make a decision, I'm sure he cancelled my request because I did not get any feedback and its just dead silence. Really poor customer service!!
