Poor Customer Service

Customer service is poor! I have been trying to get a hold of someone to help me with a contract I app**** for a week ago, I havent received the device yet but the debit order already went off of my account. I keep being told the phone 10213 but this does not help because you end up holding the line for more than 30 min and then still nothing! And now no one can help me to cancel that contract.
