Poor customer service

I called to notify the company that I have changed my banking details, the lady that assisted me never bothered to change them on the system, all she told me is that I will incur cost for the debit order that did not go through. They can’t change my banking details because my account is less than three months old meaning more cost for me because of a closed bank account. We have three contracts with them.
