poor customer service
I am still waiting for someone to assist me when it comes to the order I made for my phone please someone help or give me back my money and go to another service provider as you cant deliver maybe because you have a lot of deals that mine is not big enough to be assisted, someone from Telkom contacted me and promise to help me today at 9 am but still waiting, this is wrong!!!
