Poor Customer Service

Recently visited Telkom store at Cornubia Mall. This is a very poor managed store as customer service does not exist. Was assisted by S Khumalo and she was rather rude to put it mildly. When she did not understand the nature of my problem she said she does not need to help me. The manager was no better as he completely ignored that I needed assistance. The contract was recently renewed and really regret this decision. If Telkom wishes to promote themselves they should start by seriously uplifting their customer service at certain branches. Cornubia Mall being the first.
