POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to get an upgrade on my cellphone contract for a few weeks now.. i have been to a few different branches and have received the same pathetic service from each of these branches, empty promises and false information. or they out of stock on the device that i want etc.. but none of these consultants or whatever you call them ever actually gets back to you. this is really disappointing for such a big company!! i regret having a contract with you people!! you either need to send your staff for training or hire more efficient staff!!
