Poor customer service

Dear Telkom, I took a cellphone contract on the 12th February 2020, a Huawei P30 lite, and was advised the contract came with 500 mins once off, every time I go back to the Telkom store to query it. The store manager and the sales lady advises that they are investigating the 500 mins once off, to date I haven't hear back from Telkom. Extremely poor customer service !!!
