Poor customer service

I took a telkom data contract through mondo, they service was great but telkom is failing me. Telkom mobile said i would be covered with LTE i am running on H+ if i have signal. And my one simcard i activated but i put in the rooter it doesn't not have signal. I have tried phoning telkom but their client service is so rude. I regret taking a contract with them.
