Poor customer service

I try to upgrade my adsl from 4mbs to 10mbs.When I called the sales agent have upgrade the line.The following day to my surprise my adsl is still the same.I phone telkom 3 different times and each time they told me someone will call me back but to my surprise nothing happen. It is poor service
