POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

You really need to improve your CS!

The CS Agents behind the live chat are very rude and they like to disconnect the chat while I'm still enquiring, I do not think they understand how frustrating it is to wait for an available agent only for them to just disconnect the chat when I'm enquiring.

I requested a call on Tuesday morning to block a ****** device, I was told to wait 24hours so that I can receive the ITC number, it's Thursday today and I'm told the phone hasn't been blacklisted!
