POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Signed up for a new contract with Telkom on the 22nd September 2018. The contract was for a Huawei mobile router and 11GB of data for R139.00 p.m. I got my first bill today only to realise that I've been placed on the wrong contract which only gives me 500mb of data?????
