Poor customer service

I went to Telkom store last week . The one at Menlyn park Mall next to the vodacom store. The guy who was supposed to order me a laptop is failing to guve me feedback yet he promised to call me the following day of ordering my laptop. Instead just gave me a sim card . Customer service is vital because the business is nothing with out a client. You guys are not doing us clients a favour by serving us. We , the clients are the ones doing you a favour by bringing you our business and allowing you to serve us.
