Poor customer service

I ordered the September big deal which Telkom tasked CourierIT to deliver, they gave the courier company a wrong address. Two weeks later the device has not been delivered and Telkom has made no follow up with its customer(me). I made several calls to CourierIT, spoke to Candy Mdluli who promised delivery by 1st the latest, today I called the courier only to be told by Sumau that the people I spoke to were Telkom agents not tje courier, she said that before giving me a certain to call Jessica who will be able to "assist" me, I called the number but they said they donr have a Jessica there and gave me another number to call and I gave up.

Telkom was quick to hand me to a company I did not know existed and leave me to deal with incompetence.
