Poor customer service
Telkom has got to be worst telecommunication service provider i have ever encountered. it has been been 4 months of seeking help with my account, but one one seems to care. since April, i first tried to relocate the line, they failed and never explained, i tried to cancel, they failed, i tried to apply for the new but still no assistance, yet they have the audacity to constantly send me messages saying they are handing me over to their lawyers. How the hell do i pay for the service i do not have? How? Telkom needs to fire all their staff because clearly they are unable to do their jobs, especially the so called supervisors.
