Poor customer service

The Embassy of Egypt – Press office is shocked about the poor service that one of our diplomats received from Telkom – cancellations department. Dr Amin Abdelnaby cancelled his account number: ********** 61352 on 15/05/2018 already as he has come to end of his term of duty in South Africa and is leaving the country on Monday but up until now he is still receiving Invoices from Telkom. They went to the Telkom store numerous times and logged another dispute on 22/08/2018 reference: ********** 0 and up until now this matter has not been resolved. Cancel this contract immediately. It is a matter of urgency. We trust I trust this is not the way that Telkom wishes to conduct business with valued customers, especially an Embassy.

Dr Amin Paid R749.10 for the March invoice on 6 April and after that only 1 more invoice was supposed to follow for R755.68. Telkom still has his deposit of R700 which can be used for the April invoice (R55.68) will be paid but after that NO INVOICES WITH ANY AMOUNTS SHOULD FOLLOW AS THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED EFFECTIVE 15/05/2018. Correct these errors urgently
