Poor customer service

I recently visited the telkom mobile store in Cavendish to open a new contract. There were some issues with the process so I returned 48hrs later to see what progress was made. The staff, particularly Sharne was rude and unhelpful and told me that I can cancel my contract if I was no happy. This made me really angry and I raised my voice as often, staff can make these comments as the business does not belong to them so they really don’t care! These very staff member often stand around and chat and do everything they can not to assist the customer. Very very bad service. Upset my entire day
