Poor customer service

I app**** for contract on line and received a call from an agent. As I was driving I asked her to call me in 15 minutes however she did not call. The next day I got an email saying telkom has been trying to contact me and could not reach me however they will keep on trying. I was surprised as the only call I got is the one where I asked the lady to call me back in 15 minutes. I responded to the email address given with my details. Till today no one has called. I tried getting hold of telkom however the number 081180 keeps repeating same information as it has technical difficulties. The online chat is even worse, I doubt if there is anyone attending this. Now I am sceptical about joining this network as customer service is horrible.
