Poor customer service

Reposnded to an ad for an unlimited adsl line on the 8/1/2018. I app**** at telkom at pavilion was told it would take 7 days for me to receive my service depending on lines avaliable in my area and on me paying a deposit of R700. I receive a sms and paid the R700 the following month since then I visited the store at pavilion and atrium both took my cell number promising me a consultant wilbe in touch with me. I made numerous calls to 10213 spoke to numerous consultants all saying that they get back with positive feedback my last call was on the 4/6/2018. Yes I having been waiting 5months for services to be installed with no one been able to tell why I never received it installation please can someone......... Help me
