Poor customer service
I would like to complain about the poor service that Telkom vvm consultants have given me.. I made payments last month in March the 9th and used incorrect references by mistake... I have sent numerous emails requesting for my payments to please be allocated but nothing has yet been done .. Today is the 20th of April 2018 but my payments are still not allocated the service is Pathetic !!!!
