poor customer service

I have bought two cord less phones from telkom one was return and given a new phone . The other one warranty has expired but the phone is not working and i bought it for a pension (grandmother ) .I even bought rechargable battery the phone is dead . i dont know where to take the phone for repair . Meaning the telkom phones after a year u need to replace
