Poor customer service

My new phone died after three weeks of purchase, and I took it back to the store however the service I got was *******. I reached out to Telkom ZA on Twitter and I was told to go sort it out with the store. Then my phone came back from repairs where the main board of the phone was replaced, and it also came back with what looks like a crack on the front camera and again I took it back to the store. My phone has been booked for repairs twice already in less than two months and it is a new phone. All of these faults are factory fault and you still expect me to pay for the same device for three (3) years... That's bull😡
