Poor Customer service

On Friday the 26th November 2021 i went to Telkom Gateway Durban, i app**** for uncapped Wifi and i was assisted by a consultant bu the name of Senzi, when she completed doing the upgrade successfully, she advised they dont have stock of the router and i should come back on Monday to collect it, today is the 1st December, still no router received and nobody knows when or how the router will be received
