Poor customer service

<p>Had a problem with My telephone line which is managed by Telkom... I had lodged a complaint and asked telkom to come through and have a look at the fault around about October 2016... now my telephone line has fell and has disconnected my adsl line and I am not able to use my Internet. I have complained about the same problem about 6 times over the past 5 months and nobody has assisted me or helped me rectify my situation. </p>
