Poor customer service

<p>I recently went to cell c and bought a phone for my husband and left with the phone same day. But with telkom I was actually applying to get a phone and was told to wait 72 hours. 72 hours turned to 7days kept going back during that 7 days to being told it hasnt been processed and today I had to go find their manager and only to find that I was being declined about accounts in arrears I dont even know and cell c didn't detect..</p> <p> </p> <p>I muat say the level of unprofessionalism at telkom is worst than I expected I will never recommend it to anyone. As for me im done with telkom</p>
