Poor customer service

<p>I have a contract phone with Telkom mobile. I have been waiting for them to refund me my money that they overcharged my account on the 25 /10/2016. It's almost 3 weeks now and everytime I phone for feedback the agents have got differentversions of the turnaround time they told me 72hours and the other said 7 working day . This is not acceptable I had to reverse the money in September as you over debited with R950 and now this month it's R720. And you have a nerve to contact me after all this kind of service for an upgrade</p>
