poor customer service

Phone was ******, blacklisted my number. I never told them to stop taking payment now they stopped it leaving me in arrears. I was told to buy new simcard and phone them. I did it no one can still help me. All other cell-phone shops are operating except Telkom. This leaves many customers without service.
