Poor customer service

I have been using Telkom Mobile for while. I have 4 contracts with them. One was due for upgrade some time ago. I went to telkom Gateway in May, unfortunately they did not the phone I was looking for, but they placed an order. Since then I have not heard anything regarding the phone. Then beginning of September I went to enquire. They made order another phone. It arrived on the 21st of September. On that day I was out of the province. I informed the lady, sent her my location and told her I will fetch the phone on Thursday 26. On my arrival on Thursday they told they have sold the device. Store policy says they can only keep it for me for 24hrs. I have been waiting for almost 5 months, they cannot wait for 5 days??? Why they did not inform me before I waste petrol to pick up nothing. I have whatsapp conversation with the lady. This is inconsiderate and unprofessional. They r not the only service providers. We can take our money where it will be valued
