poor customer satisfaction

I recently took out a Telkom contract and included in the contract is wifi data bundles, I have no idea how to use them but since I pay for it I decided to try and contact Telkom to ask how to use the data. its that simple. I called the customer services number in which I held on for over 45minutes.( what the hell???) finally to call for the second time after holding for additional 25minutes to have gone through a ruse person by the name Phumlani, with absolutely no empathy what so ever for my frustration. I must say as a service provider you guys are really pathetic!!!!
