Poor customer experience

People who are behind this network, are a ******* of personal, I've used my number which they are it's network provider for past decade or even more than those year, every Monday I used to recharge that number I've got every proof to show that number belongs to me now am being told it was not Rica Under my details, I got ****** and everything was taken all my assets are attached to that number, why other service providers are able to help when you come with affidavit but with you it's so difficult probably that number it will be given to another person after six months of being offline so stand to loose more in the upcoming six months you better fix this thing what if that so called owner you say it's his or hers she is dead you can do better than that for your customer this might just be a number to you guys but understand that I stand to loos more my insurance keep sending otp on that number now I can't not do anything because I don't see those otps
