Poor customer experience

Just called through telkom mobile and I've been waiting for 30 minutes for an agent.

For starters the agent sounds half asleep, they sound *********** and far from friendly.

I just needed a few questions to be answered nothing serious when the agent deliberately ignored me and had a fat conversation with her friends/colleagues, and then has the nerve to mute me.

The customer service experiences are below the word pathetic. I think a Pakistani at a tuck shop is more friendly than the contact centre of Telkom.

Please guys... Put a smile on that dail?????.. Its not that hard.

Not happy to say the least.
