Hi
( ********** 2) case number
I was recently ****** of my phone and belongings on the 27 May 2018. I blocked my phone but ever since I have been struggling to do a sim swop, I called in the telkom customer care on numerous occasions, spoke to Lehlogonolo Tsheoha, Gift, and Tshepiso to name a few, I asked to speak to Sibongile(the supervisor) and she didn't have the time to come listen to me.
My number was registered/rica under my wife and last night we logged a call with Tshepiso for a sim swop, she gladly assisted me with that but my concern is that it has now been two weeks without my number, and that is my primary number for my business and work purposes.
Can there be a speedy resolution for me to get my number, I was hospitalized and I do not have the time to go to the stores for a sim swop. I also would like the number details to be changed to my name as this experience has been exhausting for someone who is traumatized by the *******.
The number in question has previously been ported from Vodacom to telkom. Contact me on my work number ********** 000, that is our switchboard and ask to be transferred to Thabo Seth Pheme.
Iunderstand the agents are following a process but can I get my number working by end of business today.
Regards
